The three-phase intelligent watt-hour meter inspection device comprises a standard clock, a three-phase program-controlled source, a standard watt-hour meter, error calculators, power consumption testers and a communication module. The inspection device provided by the invention is characterized by comprising trip monitoring units, wherein the inspection device has a plurality of testing work positions; one power consumption tester, one trip monitoring unit and one error calculator are arranged on each testing work position; each error calculator is provided with a counting calculation module; and the standard watt-hour meter is used for metering an output module. The three-phase intelligent watt-hour meter inspection device is rapid in inspecting watt-hour meters, and can inspect the power consumption and the cost-control trip.
