The filter element comprises a purifying filter element, a mineralizing and reducing filter element and an energy strengthening filter element, wherein the purifying filter element consists of hyperfine composite ceramic with the aperture of 0.1 micrometer and supercompression coconut-shell activated carbon; the mineralizing and reducing filter element is formed in a mode that siliceous shale, celestite, medical stone, silica, black manganese sand, sepiolite and pearlite, of which the granularities are in the range of 1 to 3mm, are subjected to roasting and activating treatment at a high temperature of 1,000 DEG C and then are mixed according to the volume ratio of 10-16:6-14:22-25:12-15:8-17:12-18:15-20; and the energy strengthening filter element consists of calcium oxide power and a crystal substance with alkaline positive ions, and the crystal substance is separated out after natural sea salt is concentrated and electrolyzed.
