The method for transmitting the data comprises the steps of: distributing a plurality of local area network addresses for a plurality of terminals under the same base station; receiving data transmitted by a source terminal, wherein the data carries a target local area network address; and sending the data to a target terminal which corresponds to the target local area network address according to the target local area network address. The embodiment of the invention can be used for distributing the local area network addresses for a UE (unified equipment) by an eNB (effective noise bandwidth), so that the source UE can be used for directly sending the data to the target UE by the eNB rather than transferring the data which is sent by the source UE by an EPC (easy processing channel), therefore, the route resource of the EPC is saved, and the dependence to the EPC is reduced.
