The construction method comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a segment steel anchor box, and arranging a rod piece support lifting system on a girder at the root part of a pylon of the Y-shaped tower; lifting and fixing the segment steel anchor box by using the rod piece support lifting system, and carrying out concrete construction on the segment steel anchor box after lifting and fixing; and removing the rod piece support lifting system.
