A main control singlechip is provided with two full duplex independent general synchronous / asynchronous serial transceivers, two serial ports can simultaneously carry out communication, wherein one serial port is communicated with an upper computer, the other serial port is connected with a wireless CPU, the main control singlechip is simultaneously provided with 8 paths of 10-bit ADCs (Analog to Digital Converters) which are connected with an archival repository environment monitoring sensor; a wireless CPU module is communicated with a wireless intelligent terminal; and the main control singlechip is connected with an archival repository environment regulating device (including a humidifier, a drier, an air conditioner and the like). The environment intelligent monitor and control system has a reasonable structure, can be used for effectively monitoring and controlling archival repository environment factors, and has automatic management functions such as data collection and analysis, remote measurement, remote control, remote alarm and the like, thus workload of archival repository management is reduced, health of workers is protected and storage quality of archival data is improved.
