Problems solved by technology

Acoustic emission detection technology has been widely used in engineering practice such as aircraft full-scale fatigue detection, but for the stress concentration of the above-mentioned rivets on a certain structural part, small deformation, bolt loosening, and fatigue crack growth on the structural part, etc. How to distinguish the signals is not yet clear, and the present invention aims at this situation, and proposes a method for extracting and distinguishing the characteristics of the above three acoustic emission signals on the aircraft structural parts

Embodiment

[0024] Taking the damage pattern recognition on a specific aircraft structural part as an example, the identification method provided by the present invention is illustrated below, and the specific steps are as follows:

[0025] Step 1. Place the acoustic emission sensor on the aircraft structure, and use vaseline as a coupling agent to make it in good contact;

[0026] Step 2. Place the sensors on the figure 2 at position (2) shown, image 3 At the positions (5) and (7) shown, stress is applied to the corresponding positions of the structural parts, so that the acoustic emission sensors respectively receive the deformation acoustic emission signals of the rivets on the structural parts, the acoustic emission signals generated by loose screws, and the crack propagation The acoustic emission signal is input to the acoustic emission signal processing system 4 through the preamplifier 3 for processing;

[0027] Step 3. Extract the characteristic parameters of the three acousti...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for identifying damage of aircraft structural parts based on acoustic emission detection. The method comprises the following steps: applying load to rivets, loose bolts and cracks on the aircraft structural parts so that an acoustic emission sensor can respectively receive a rivet deformation acoustic emission signal, an acoustic emission signal generated by the loose bolts and a crack propagation acoustic emission signal on the aircraft structural parts; obtaining five characteristic parameters of the three signals, such as duration time, signal amplitude, ring number, energy and peak frequency, and distinguishing the characteristics of the parameter values of the three signals; and comparing the characteristic parameters of the three signals, drawing 'energy-peak frequency' and 'energy-amplitude' progress graphs of the three signals, and distinguishing the graphic characteristics of the three signals. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that detection signals for micro-deformation of the rivets caused by stress concentration, bolt looseness, fatigue crack propagation and the like on the aircraft structural parts can be distinguished so as to early find structural change; therefore, the method is significant to safety operation of equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for identifying damage to aircraft structural parts, in particular to a method for identifying damage to aircraft structural parts based on acoustic emission detection. Background technique [0002] The structural parts on the aircraft are the key parts to bear the load. During the working process of the aircraft, various safety hazards will inevitably occur due to factors such as vibration, force, and fatigue. Among them, the more common types of damage are small deformation due to stress concentration at rivets Bolt loosening and fatigue crack growth on structural parts, etc. Acoustic emission detection technology has been widely used in engineering practice such as aircraft full-scale fatigue detection, but for the stress concentration of the above-mentioned rivets on a certain structural part, small deformation, bolt loosening, and fatigue crack growth on the structural part, etc. How to distinguish the signals is...
