Abstract

The invention relates to a dual-power multi-pump converging long-distance pressure adjusting method, wherein a pressure adjusting module is added on the basis of a conventional closed-type hydraulic control system. The pressure adjusting module comprises a cutoff throttling valve, a pressure adjusting valve, a hydraulic control one-way valve and a non-way valve, wherein the cutoff throttling valve and the pressure adjusting valve are connected to an output pipeline of a converged oil path in series; a converged oil liquid part is supplied to a power output system and partially flows to the pressure adjusting module; oil liquid flowing to pressure adjusting module is throttled by the cutoff throttling valve and is then adjusted and converged by the pressure adjusting valve; the converged oil liquid subjected to pressure adjusting mostly flows to an oil return pipeline and flows back to a hydraulic pump, and the other small part of the oil liquid enters a control oil path of a servo oil cylinder through the hydraulic control one-way valve and the one-way valve; and deformation of an inclined disc of the variable delivery pump is controlled by the servo oil cylinder, and output pressure of each closed-type hydraulic pump is adjusted to realize long-distance pressure adjusting. A dual-power multi-pump converging long-distance pressure adjusting system disclosed by the invention can provide stable hydraulic output, and can be used for carrying out pressure control on a working pump during single-power working, so that the working pump is free from influence of fault or pump outage.
