In the working process, two boats sail on the water surface in parallel and a V shape is formed between the two boats by the assembled type intercepting waterproof cloth which vertically floats on the water surface; the floating oil between the two boats is gathered at the bottom of the V shape due to the stopping and the guiding of boat bodies and the intercepting device, and the gathered floating oil has a certain thickness, so that the oil and the water can be pumped into the separation buckets on the boats through the water pumps. A valve is respectively installed each of the upper part and the lower part of each separation bucket; since the oil is lighter than the water and is not dissolved in the water, the oil and the water can be separated into two layers in the buckets, the water can be directly discharged out of the boats through the valves at the lower parts and the recycled oil can enter oil tanks through the valves at the upper parts.
