Abstract

The meshed rapid prototyping method comprises the following steps of: (1) acquiring the three-dimensional model of an object to be processed; (2) dispersing the three-dimensional model into meshed units and carrying out simulation analysis, wherein the meshed units are basic manufacturing units, and the basic manufacturing units comprise sheet pieces and rod pieces for connecting with the sheet pieces; (3) cutting plate materials and wire materials to respectively form the sheet pieces and the rod pieces of the basic manufacturing units; and (4) connecting the sheet pieces with the rod pieces in the basic manufacturing units to finish the rapid prototyping of the object to be processed.
