[0074] Example 1. Competitive random access

[0075] The contention-type random access is aimed at the situation that the terminal is in an idle state or a connection establishment failure state, that is, no connection with the base station is established or the connection is not successful.

[0076] First, the base station sends random access process configuration parameters to the terminal before the terminal starts random access.

[0077] The parameter manager 102 receives and stores the set of random access procedure configuration parameters sent by the base station. For the idle state, the parameter manager 102 performs terminal parameter configuration operations according to the configuration parameters; and for the connection establishment failure state, the state manager 101 calls the parameter manager 102 to reconfigure the configuration parameters.

[0078] After configuring the parameters, the parameter manager 102 notifies the preamble transmitter 103 to send th...

[0081] Example 2. Non-competitive random access

[0082] The non-competitive random access is aimed at the situation that the terminal is in the connected state, but the uplink is out of sync at this time. At this time, there is downlink data to be sent on the base station side, but the base station knows that the uplink of the terminal is not synchronized through measurement, and the base station initiates a random access process at this time.

[0083] Firstly, the base station sends the configuration parameters of the random access procedure to the terminal (including configuration parameters such as preamble index configuration information and channel resource mask).

[0084] The parameter manager 102 performs parameter reconfiguration (since there may have been a set of configurations before).

[0085] After configuring the parameters, the parameter manager 102 notifies the preamble transmitter 103 to send the preamble to the base station by notifying the terminal physi...

Abstract

The invention provides a random access apparatus of user equipment in an LTE (Long Term Evolution) system, which comprises a parameter manager applied to receiving configuration data of parameters in a process of random access of the user equipment by a base station and configuring a terminal by utilizing the configuration data; a leading sender applied to resource selection of a random access channel and leading selection and sending the random access information selected to the base station through a physical layer; a random access response processor applied to parsing a random access response message received by the base station and judging whether a random access response is successful or not; a competition resolution processor applied to parsing a competition resolution message received by the base station and judging whether a random access competition resolution is successful or not according to the content of the message; and a state manager applied to managing the user equipment in different states in the process of random access and triggering the parameter manager, the leading sender, the random access response processor and the competition resolution processor, so as to carry out corresponding processes.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of broadband mobile communication, in particular to a method and device for random access of user equipment in an LTE system. Background technique [0002] The LTE (Long Term Evolution) system is the long-term evolution plan of the third generation mobile communication system (3G). The international standardization organization 3GPP started the research and development of the LTE project at the end of 2004. At present, its standard system has reached a relatively mature stage. The 3GPP organization has frozen the technical proposal of the first version of LTE in December 2008, and publicly released the technical standard of the first version of LTE in March 2009. [0003] The goal of LTE is to build a wireless access system with high data rate, low delay and full packet. One of the main performance indicators of the LTE project is to reduce the system delay. The internal one-way transmission delay o...
