ring laser, comprising: dividing a three-dimensional model of the product to be formed into an outer contour region, an inner contour region, and a filling region nested from the outside in;
slicing the outer contour region, inner contour region, and filling region along the Z-axis into multiple outer contour slice
layers, multiple inner contour slice
layers, and multiple filling slice
layers, respectively; formulating a corresponding forming strategy according to the characteristics of each slice layer; and completing the forming process of each slice layer according to the formulated forming strategy; wherein, at least a portion of the outer contour slice layers are formed using a dot-
ring laser in dot mode at a first set power; at least a portion of the inner contour slice layers are formed using a dot-
ring laser in dot-ring cooperative mode at a second set power; and at least a portion of the filling slice layers are formed using a dot-ring
laser in dot-ring cooperative mode at a third set power. The invention also relates to formed
metal parts produced based on this SLM forming method. This invention proposes a triple-nested
slicing scheme of "outer contour region - inner contour region - filling region," formulating a corresponding forming strategy according to the characteristics of each slice layer, and constructing a logically clear and highly efficient collaborative scanning
system, significantly improving the overall forming efficiency and quality from the process path.
