The method comprises a control signaling interactive progress of the eNB and the D2MD group in the communication establishing process and a wireless source allocating progress of the eNB for the D2MD group. The method for establishing the D2D multicast communication and allocating wireless source thereof in the IMT-A system has the advantages of reducing the eNB load under the IMT-A, and greatly improving the spectral efficiency and throughput capacity of a cell as the D2MD can reuse the spectral source under the premise of not affecting the communication of honeycomb users. According to the theory and the method, the conventional method for establishing a BRDF database based on the ecological form of ground surface is abandoned, the BRDF prototype library is different from the global pixel-to-pixel BRDF database of MODIS (Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) in the service operation at present; and is small in volume, simple and convenient to construct and easy to operate, and is applicable for other airborne and spaceborne multi-angular measurement data of ground surface. In the technical field of spatial information, the method particularly has theoretical and application values for extracting BRDF prior knowledge to invert ground surface parameters in the aspect of quantitative remote sensing.

A genetic operator and a multi-population migration mechanism are introduced so as to accelerate a convergence speed of a particle swarm algorithm, increase a diversity of a particle swarm optimization algorithm solution, reduce a possibility for particle swarm algorithm optimization calculation to get into local optimum and increase a global search capability and a local search capability of the algorithm.

The method comprises the following steps: calculating the plane-based sun-observation geometry of the pixels of the image by using the observation view field and flight attitude information of an airborne push-broom hyperspectral device and the sun position at a data acquisition moment, extracting the slope and aspect information of the corresponding pixels based on high-precision DEM (digital elevation model) data, rotating the plane-based sun-observation geometry of the pixels to true sun-observation geometry, extracting the pixels of every surface feature from classified image data, forming a multi-angle observation reflectivity data set, and constructing a BRDF model according to the true sun-observation geometry; and normalizing the multi-angle direction reflectivity in the image to the reflectivity at an assigned observation-sun angle by adopting a multiplicative normalization factor. The method can effectively correct the BRDF effect of the airborne push-broom hyperspectral image of the forest region having the accidented relief, and is of great significance to the quantitative study of subsequent images.
