A radar system is used for carrying out resource distribution for multiple functions and multiple tasks by sectors, and in each sector, the residence time of tasks of each type is adaptively adjusted according to the capacity of the tasks. The sliding window resource scheduling technique refers to taking the task load conditions within one sector starting from the current scheduling interval into account during resource distribution to the current scheduling interval, and taking the task loads within one sector starting from next interval into account during the next scheduling interval, thereby forming sliding window type resource scheduling.
