The method comprises the steps that a monitoring system determines the current status of a monitored person, and calls determination threshold values of physiological parameters based on the determined status; the physiological parameters comprise heart rate, blood pressure and breath rate; the monitoring system reads the heart rate, blood pressure and breath rate of the monitored person, and makes the comparison between the read values and the corresponding determination threshold values; if the heart rate is higher than the alarm upper limit of the threshold value or lower than the alarm lower limit, the monitoring system sends alarms to designated family members and nurses. In the technical scheme the determination threshold values of the physiological parameters are stored in a cloud server; a personal server calls the adaptable threshold values from the server based on the physique, age, gender of the monitored person and the current season for the determination.
