The method comprises the steps that a monitoring system determines the current status of a monitored person, and calls determination threshold values of physiological parameters based on the determined status; the physiological parameters comprise heart rate, blood pressure and breath rate; the monitoring system reads the heart rate, blood pressure and breath rate of the monitored person, and makes the comparison between the read values and the corresponding determination threshold values; if the heart rate is higher than the alarm upper limit of the threshold value or lower than the alarm lower limit, the monitoring system sends alarms to designated family members and nurses. In the technical scheme the determination threshold values of the physiological parameters are stored in a cloud server; a personal server calls the adaptable threshold values from the server based on the physique, age, gender of the monitored person and the current season for the determination. Once any of the heart rate, blood pressure or the breath rate appears to be abnormal, the alarm is sent in time to inform the family members and medical personnel to check. The invention discloses a real-time sleep staging detection method based on a piezoelectric sensor and a device for realizing the method. According to the method and the device, a sleep piezoelectric sensing mattress is adopted for collecting BCG (Ballistocardiographic, namely, the ballistocardiography) signals of long-term sleep, and the signals are mixed with the information including the heartbeat, the breath and the body motion during the sleep process. The sleep staging algorithm mixed with multiple signals is adopted, the hidden markov model is applied to the research for the sleep breathing data, by utilizing the advantages of the hidden markov model mixed with the heartbeat and the breath rate at different stages, and in combination with the body motion detecting algorithm, the influences of the body motion for the staging based on the heartbeat and the respiratory signals are reduced, meanwhile, the discernibility of the body motion detecting algorithm for the waking state and the sleep state is enhanced, and further, the long-time automatic sleep staging accuracy rate based on the piezoelectric sensing signals is improved; the algorithm is deployed to a server, so that the automatic sleep staging is realized.
