The annealing furnace has the following functions: (1) over-temperature alarm; (2) open-phase indication; (3) couple breaking indication; (4) water shortage alarm and protection; (5) air pressure lower-limit alarm and powering off; (6) air pressure upper-limit excess automatic exhaustion and pressure reduction by a safety valve; (7) temperature recording with a paperless recorder; (8) a temperature homogeneity equal to or lower than +-3 DEG C; and (9) a temperature controlling accuracy equal to or lower than +-1 DEG C.
