The invention discloses an unloading
type test tool for a gas swing device of a liquid
rocket engine and a use method of the unloading
type test tool. The tool comprises a mandrel
assembly, a first nut, a first compression ring, a second compression ring, a first
flange and a second
flange. The lower end of the mandrel
assembly and the product are sealed in an end face mode. A first pressing ring, a second pressing ring, a first
flange and a second flange are installed at the upper end of the gas swing device, and end face sealing is adopted between the first flange and the gas swing device. The first flange and the second flange as well as the second flange and the mandrel
assembly are sealed through sealing structural parts. And after the first nut and the mandrel assembly are assembled, the second pressing ring is pressed tightly, and the limiting effect on the second flange is achieved. And the inner
diameter of the first flange is equal to that of the corrugated
pipe of the
fuel gas swinging device. In the state, the axial stress of the corrugated
pipe in the test process is zero, and therefore the requirement that the
fuel gas swing device is not stressed in the axial direction in the test process can be met. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to
mount and dismount.
