The method comprises: receiving a first Internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) session switching message sent by a access switching entity, the first IMS session switching message being used for indicating a first session is replaced by a second session during a switching process of single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC), and the first IMS session switching message carrying a session identifier of the first session; searching for the first session according to the session identifier of the first session and acquiring a session description protocol (SDP) message corresponding to a remote media path of the first session; sending a second IMS session switching message to a service centralization and continuity application server (SCCAS), the second IMS session switching message carrying a SDP message corresponding to the remote media path of the first session.
