network connection state information does not change, determining that an IMS re-registration request is not initiated; and in response to the change of the network state information, determining to initiate an IMS re-registration request. According to the method, an intelligent registration decision-making
mechanism based on the network switching information and the
network connection state information can be introduced to the
terminal equipment side, unnecessary IMS signaling overhead is reduced, load pressure on
core network elements such as UDM is reduced, and
voice call continuity and network stability are improved.
