The invention provides a method, equipment and
system for
processing a
voice call continuity service. The method comprises the following step that: in a process which is initiated by
user equipment (UE) and is used for switching a voice service from a packet-switched (PS) domain network to a circuit-switched (CS) domain network, a
mobility management entity (MME) controls to establish a data forwarding channel between a first
network element of the PS domain network and a second
network element of the CS domain network, wherein the process for switching the voice service from the PS domain network to the CS domain network comprises domain switching and
access technology switching; and the data forwarding channel is used for forwarding
voice data of the UE before the domain switching is completed. In the embodiment of the invention, the data forwarding channel between the PS domain network and the CS domain network which are used for establishing
voice data is controlled before switching and conversion operation of single radio
voice call continuity (SRVCC) is completed in the process which is initiated by the UE and is used for switching the voice service from the PS domain network to the CS domain network, so that longer interrupt time
delay generated by the domain switching does not influence the length of the voice
switching time delay of the SRVCC anymore, and the quality of the voice continuity of the SRVCC is enhanced.
