Abstract

The invention relates to a prefabricated tubular pile with an end screw thread with an X-shaped variable section and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated tubular pile comprises two tubular joints, wherein the first tubular joint is provided with a pile tip, a large section segment, a small section segment and a top screw thread segment, the surface of the large section segment and thesmall section segment is provided with screw threads, and the sections are both in an X shape. The second tubular joint is in an inverse cone frustum shape, a through hole is formed in the center of the cone frustum, the lower segment of the through hole is provided with an internal screw thread segment, ruler lines are marked on the surface of the cone frustum in a smooth manner, and the cross section of the cone frustum is in a circular ring shape. The top screw thread segment of the first tubular joint is screwed into the internal screw thread segment of the second tubular joint so that the two tubular joints are connected into a complete tubular pile. The prefabricated tubular pile with the end screw thread with the X-shaped variable section is simple in structure, relatively low in manufacture cost, large in specific surface area and high in pile side positive friction resistance, and the bearing capacity of a single pile is obviously enhanced.
