The technical scheme includes that that composite microecological feed additive is characterized by comprising one strain of Lactobacillus casei HM-10 (L.casei HM-10), one strain of lactobacillus plantarum HM-20 (L.plantarum HM-20) and one strain of bacillus licheniformis (Bacillus licheniformis BL-08). Each gram of the microecological feed additive comprises, by mass, 10% of the L.casei HM-10, 10% of the L.plantarum HM-20, 10% of the Bacillus licheniformis BL-08, and 70% of zeolite powder, wherein the viable count in the L.casei HM-10 is larger than or equal to 2.5x108, the viable count in the L.plantarum HM-20 is larger than or equal to 2.5x108, and the viable count in the Bacillus licheniformis BL-08 is larger than or equal to 2x108.
