Problems solved by technology

When the moisture content of the measured material is lower than 8% to 10%, the accuracy of the measured value will be greatly reduced, and it is easy to damage the wood surface, the measurement speed is relatively slow, and a lot of data cannot be read in a short time

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0016] Such as figure 1 As shown, the circuit for measuring wood humidity by microwave technology includes a microwave signal generation circuit part (1), a microwave signal modulation circuit part (2), a sensor measurement circuit part (3) (4) and a narrowband filter amplification circuit part (5).

[0017] The microwave signal generating circuit part (1) is mainly composed of a photoelectric isolator and a bridge T-type attenuator. The photoelectric isolator has the function of isolating the input and output from each other, so the electrical signal transmission has the characteristic of unidirectionality. The diode D1 of U2 in the photocoupler is in the feedback path composed of dual operational amplifiers U1A, and the current flowing through the light-emitting diode D1 is strictly linear with the voltage V generated by the emitter of the phototransistor Q in the ph...

Abstract

The invention relates to designing of a circuit for microwave measurement of wood moisture content and discloses a fast, non-contact, nondestructive and high-precision circuit for microwave measurement of wood moisture content, belonging to the technical field of electronic science. The circuit is designed based on xx principles and comprises a microwave signal generation circuit part, a sensor measurement circuit part, a modulation microwave signal circuit part and a narrow-band filtering and amplification circuit part. The invention has the following advantages: microwaves can penetrate wood, and microwave measurement results reflect moisture content in the wood and are free of influence by factors like the color and the structure of the wood; and a final measured value of the circuit is calculated according to a standing-wave ratio and phase shift obtained through narrow-band filtering and amplification of a deamplification signal of electromagnetic waves and a measurement signal of a sensor, so the process of measurement is fast and precision and a measurement scope can be adjusted according to actual conditions. With such advantages, the circuit is applicable to real-time rapid on-line measurement of wood moisture content.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a circuit for measuring wood humidity, which belongs to the field of electronic technology, in particular to a circuit design for measuring wood humidity with microwaves. The main purpose is to realize a fast, non-contact, non-damaging and high-precision microwave circuit for measuring wood humidity. Background technique [0002] The humidity of wood is an important indicator in the evaluation of wood transportation, storage, processing and material. Knowing the moisture content of wood is essential throughout wood work, from the time you buy the log to the final painting. The gravimetric method (weight loss before and after the drying process) is the only globally accepted reference method for accurate measurement of moisture content, but this method is too impractical, combined with time, labor and cost, so it is easier to use, faster and less invasive The instrument has become the mainstream in today's market. There are t...
