Abstract

The present invention relates to a dual-window solution for an android operating system. The invention provides a dual-window display method supporting the android operating system. The method includes sensing an input signal requesting to enter a dual-window display mode, so that a display window of the android operating system is divided into a first sub-display window and a second sub-display window, which both can be used for displaying the content originally displayed in a full screen mode in the display window. The present invention also provides a dual-window display apparatus supporting the android operating system, comprising sensing an input signal for requesting to enter the dual-window display mode, and making the display window of the android operating system into a first sub-display window and a second sub-display window, which can both be used for displaying the content originally displayed in the full screen mode in the display window.
