Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-phytopathogen fermentation liquid of a spirea endophytic fungus. The spirea endophytic fungus is named Alternaria alternata XXB07 and was collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on March 8, 2013; and the collection number is CGMCC No.7292. The method comprises the following operation steps: 1. performing strain activation; 2. performing seed culture, and 3. performing fermentation culture to obtain a fermentation liquid of the spirea endophytic fungus, filtering the fermentation liquid under aseptic conditions to remove mycelia, and passing through a 0.22-micrometer filter to obtain the antimicrobial fermentation liquid of the spirea endophytic fungus. The invention confirms the preparation method of the antimicrobial fermentation liquid of the Alternaria alternata XXB07 strain having antibacterial activity; and antimicrobial tests of the antimicrobial fermentation liquid of the Alternaria alternata XXB07 discover that a fermentation liquid eluate and a mycelium extract of the strain have mycelium growth inhibition action on plant pathogenic fungi of Phytophthora capsici.
