A preparation method of the medicated bath extract comprises the following steps of: crushing the medicine materials, eliminating the impurities, adding the medicine materials into a high-pressure decocting machine to decoct, heating and concentrating the medicine liquid into paste; and drying the paste in a vacuum drying oven to form powder, and pressing the medicine powder into ointment blocks in a forming machine. The medicated bath extract is taken as the auxiliary medicine of oral preparations, and has the characteristics of rapidness in transdermal absorption speed, good curative effect, small toxic and side effect and convenience for use; and the treatment course is shortened compared with that when the pure oral preparations are taken.
