Abstract

The lead-acid storage battery positive pole diachylon is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of lead powder, 3-15% of sulfuric acid, 5-20% of water, 0.05-2% of short fiber, 1-20% of sodium perborate, and 0.1-10% of polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion; the sum of the weight percentage of all the components is 100%. According to the invention, by adopting the sodium perborate, the electric conductivity of active substance semi-conductors of the positive pole as well as binding force between the active substances and a grid are increased; by adding the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion, the structure of the active substances during charging and discharging is ensured, softening and dropping of active substances are reduced, and thus the charging receptivity of the active substances of the positive pole is promoted and the cyclic service life of the battery is prolonged.
