Abstract

Disclosed are a propulsive force one-way delayed response method for a rock drilling apparatus and a rock drilling apparatus implementing the propulsive force delayed response method. The drilling apparatus comprises a propulsion guidance device (1), a propulsion control module (202) and a drilling tool (4). The method involves the following steps: 1) monitoring the magnitude of the torque of a rotation device (302) by means of a rotation control module (304); 2) determining the load state of the drilling tool (4) from a change in the magnitude of the torque; and 3) when the drilling tool (4) moves from a state with no load to a loaded state, controlling a propulsive force generating device (2) to exert a slowly increasing propulsive force on the drilling tool (4). The rock drilling apparatus and the propulsive force delayed response method solve the problems of jammed drills and repeatedly jamming in reverse, ensuring normal drilling operation of a rock drilling rig (3), increasing drilling speed, drill hole precision and production efficiency, and reducing damage to the rock drilling rig (3) and the drilling tool (4), significantly reducing rock drilling costs.
