system, device, and medium for adaptive adjustment of the grain
discharge gap in a dryer. The method includes the following steps: receiving a grain
discharge command and grain information; obtaining a corresponding preset
working pressure range based on the grain information; controlling the rotation of the grain
discharge wheel to begin discharging; monitoring the force transmitted to the sensor by the adjustable grain support plate and determining whether the force is within the preset
working pressure range; determining whether the force is greater than the preset
working pressure range: if so, controlling the adjustment drive mechanism to drive the adjustable grain support plate away from the grain discharge wheel; if not, controlling the adjustment drive mechanism to drive the adjustable grain support plate towards the grain discharge wheel. This invention, by receiving grain information, automatically matching the corresponding preset working
pressure range, and by using sensors to monitor the force of the adjustable grain support plate in real time, automatically determines the adjustment direction and amplitude, thus solving the drawbacks of cumbersome manual adjustment operations,
delayed response, and significant susceptibility to human factors.
