Abstract

The invention discloses a cigarette ignition tendency testing device based on an oxygen consumption principle. The cigarette ignition tendency testing device is characterized by comprising a combustion testing unit, a smoke filtering unit and a three-way valve which are sequentially connected, and also comprising a sampling pipeline and an exhaust pipeline which are connected with the three-way valve and are arranged in parallel, wherein an oxygen analyzer is connected to the sampling pipeline; an output end of the oxygen analyzer is connected with a computer; a heat release amount of a cigarette is obtained by calculating the oxygen consumption after the cigarette is ignited, so that the cigarette ignition tendency is characterized. The cigarette ignition tendency testing device is designed based on a classical theory of combustion science and is reasonable in structure and simple and convenient to operate, and the heat release amount of the cigarettes can be effectively tested, so that the cigarette ignition tendency is reflected, and the device has scientific theoretical support and strong persuasion. Moreover, the use amount of consumables in the testing process can be greatly reduced, the testing number of the cigarettes is reduced, the testing cost is obviously saved, and the testing efficiency is improved.
