The synchronization pulse generating circuit is connected with three-phase six-path input and output sampling voltages so as to obtain other detection synchronization pulses, the multi-channel filter compensation circuit is connected with multi-path three-phase voltages and currents so as to conduct filter compensation on input voltages and currents and then output the three-phase voltages and currents, the phase forming detection circuit is connected to the output end of the multi-channel filter compensation circuit to form the phase difference output of the three-phase voltages and currents, the synchronization analog-to-digital conversion circuit conducts synchronization analog-to-digital conversion on six-path phase difference signals and then obtains digital signal output of phase differences, and the MCU is connected with the synchronization analog-to-digital conversion circuit and processes the phase differences of the input digital signals to obtain the three-phase precise phase differences and in-phase current and voltage precise phase differences.
