The preparation method consists of the following steps of: preparing a pressing arc plate for a lateral accretion body and installing a mould; accurately calculating quartz sand with different granularities, and adhesive ingredients of a high-permeability layer at the bottom layer of the core and a low-permeability layer of the lateral accretion body; sequentially adding adhesives into all the ingredients and then respectively rubbing evenly; placing the ingredients of the high-permeability layer into the mould for pressurizing and sizing; sequentially placing the ingredients of the low-permeability layer into the lateral accretion body at the upper layer of the high-permeability layer, arranging the pressing arc plate for the lateral accretion body, removing the pressing arc plate after sequentially pressurizing and arranging a lateral accretion interlayer, and arranging a horizontal well according to needs; arranging the core in a constant temperature box for curing; carrying out gelling treatment on the surface of the core; comprehensively arranging a saturated well, an injection and production well and a pressure monitoring well; and carrying out fractionated casting and molding.
