The premise of construction of the total characteristic curve includes the steps of collecting a set of data containing total characteristic curves at different specific speeds, and finally achieving construction of the total characteristic curve at any specific speed according to rule research, mathematical manipulation and mathematical statistic analysis of the collected data and by means of a four-dimensional interpolation method.
