According to the file management system, a main space and a free space are used for managing files, wherein the main space is the residual space of the file management system, and the free space is the space which can be recycled by linking deleted files through a chain table. According to the scheme, the limited chip resources of a USBKey can be used efficiently, the files can be managed safely, and creating, deleting and using can be conducted quite safely and conveniently.
