Compared with the prior art, the germination accelerating and propagation method has very outstanding characteristics that the germination accelerating and propagation technology of ginseng produced in southern high altitude areas is simple; the germination acceleration only needs 120-150 days and is brought ahead for 30-60 days when being compared with that of a traditional method; the germination is rapid, buds are ordered after 5-7 days and is brought ahead for 2-3 days when being compared with those of the traditional method; the growth is rapid, the root length can be up to 5cm-7cm after seeds are sowed for one year and is increased by 2cm-3cm when being compared with that of the traditional method; the germination acceleration cracking rate is 75%-80% and is increased by 15%-20% when being compared with that of the traditional method; the germination rate is more than 90%-95% and is increased by 10%-15% when being compared with that of the traditional method. According to the germination accelerating and propagation method, the river sand, the vermiculite and the humus are used as the germination accelerating and propagation base materials and the production cost can be reduced by 20%.
