The objective of the invention is to provide the novel environmental-friendly middle- and low- temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive with high toughness, long adhesiveness maintaining time and stable adhesiveness used for the hygienic products and the preparing method thereof. The pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises following components by weight: 12-25 parts of high-pressure hydrogenated naphthenic base rubber oil, 15-30 parts of star styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS), 5-15 parts of hydrogenated styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SEPS), 20-30 parts of water-white C5 / C9 resin, 10-25 parts of pentaerythritol ester of rosin, 12-20 parts of terpene resin, and 0.3 part of an antioxidant. The pressure-sensitive adhesive has advantages of stable colloid propeties, good weather fastness, long adhesiveness maintaining time, good high-temperature resistance, and the like.
