The traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following medicinal materials by weight: 15g of flos lonicerae, 15g of forsythia suspensa, 20g of raw astragalus, 12g of jasminum grandiflorum, 10g of rhizome of chuanxiong, 10g of lithocarpus polystachyus rehd leaves, 10g of angelica dahurica, 18g of herbs of autumn cudweed, 10g of cuttle bone, 20g of herbs of three-leaved pronephrium, 10g of leaves and twigs of nakedflower beautyberries, 10g of dioscorea zingiberensis and 8g of cassia alata. A preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following steps of weighting the medicinal materials, placing the medicinal materials into a vessel, adding 8 times of water, decocting for 1.5h, and filtering; adding 6 times of water into filter residues, decocting for 1h, and filtering; and merging the filtrates, concentrating, drying and encapsuling. Clinical experiments prove that the remarkable effect of effectively treating skin ulcer is achieved through selecting proper medicinal materials and ratio of the medicinal materials; and in addition, the traditional Chinese medicine is safe and free of toxic or side effect.
