The upper shell and the vacuum box cover plate form a vacuum box, and the vacuum box is connected with an engine air inlet manifold and the vacuum electromagnetic valve through the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe. The air inlet baffle is located in the second air inlet pipe. The vacuum motor comprises a motor cover plate, an electric membrane and a pull rod, the motor cover plate and the elastic membrane form vacuum space, and the vacuum space is communicated with the vacuum electromagnetic valve through the third connecting pipe.
