The invention discloses novel environment-friendly alcohol-soluble aluminum foil prime-coating ink which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 8-12 parts of 1 / 8 second nitro-cotton resin, 6-10 parts of 1 / 2 second nitro-cotton resin, 25-40 parts of ethanol, 30-40 parts of acetic ether, 3-8 parts of slow drying agent, 3-6 parts of plasticizer, 5-15 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.8-1.5 parts of adhesion promoter and 1-3 parts of polyethylene wax powder. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the ink having the above components. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components, preparing a nitro-cotton resin liquid, dispersing, filtering and packaging, thereby obtaining a finished ink product. The ink can be directly adhered to aluminum foil, an ink layer can be densely combined with molecules of an aluminum foil substrate, and the ink has good water resistance and low-temperature resistance.
