Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining 15 forbidden androgens in cosmetics. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preprocessing a sample: extracting, purifying and concentrating the sample; (2) analyzing and determining the preprocessed sample by adopting an ultrahigh-efficient liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. The method can simultaneously determine 15 forbidden androgens including adrenosterone, trenbolone, boldenone, fluoxymesterone, oxandrolone, androstenedione, nandrolone, metandienone, testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone, clostebol, androstanolone, mestanolone, chlorotestosterone acetate and testosterone propionate. The method for simultaneously determining the 15 forbidden androgens in the cosmetics is accurate, rapid and sensitive. According to the method, effective scientific evidence and technical support can be provided for the inspection work of cosmetics and the quality control of the daily production.
