Embodiment Construction

[0076] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0077] refer to Figure 1 ~ Figure 3 , a user power consumption demand control method with dispatch control in smart grid, the implementation of this method can ensure that the total cost of the system including user dispatch cost and user dissatisfaction can be minimized under the requirement of reducing a certain power deficit , so as to obtain a better energy reduction scheme. The present invention is based on comprising a bottom-level problem and a top-level problem (such as figure 1 shown). The underlying problem P1 solves is to minimize the user dissatisfaction caused by the reduction of user power consumption when a certain user scheduling scheme is determined, that is, when the scheduling signal A is known, where A=(a 1 , a 2 ,...,a I-1 , a I ). The top-level problem P2 solves is to further optimize the user scheduling scheme based on the results of the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a user power consumption demand control method with dispatching control in an intelligent power grid. The method comprises the following steps of (1) in the intelligent power grid, solving the problem that the overall cost of the system including user dispatching and user dissatisfaction is minimized while the condition of reducing certain power deficit is met, and modeling the problem; (2) as the optimizing problem is related to the joint optimizing of continuous variable and discrete variable, splitting the problem into a bottom problem P1 and a top problem P2, so as to conveniently solve the problem; (3) utilizing the quick splitting method to solve the bottom problem P2; (4) on the basis of solution of bottom problem, utilizing a Gibbs sampling method with temperature varying process to solve the top problem P2, so as to obtain the final problem solution. The user power consumption demand control method with dispatching control in the intelligent power grid has the advantage that the purpose of minimizing the overall cost including user dispatching and user dissatisfaction is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of smart grids, in particular to a user power consumption demand control method with scheduling control in the smart grid. Background technique [0002] Smart grid is an automated power transmission network, which has the characteristics of two-way flow of electric energy and information, and integrates the advantages of distributed computing and real-time communication. The core of the smart grid lies in the interaction between power suppliers and users in the grid, including the interaction of information and electric energy, and these interactions are realized through the corresponding demand control process. Demand control refers to changes in power consumption by power users due to changes in electricity prices. Demand control has been widely used, and a series of facts have proved that it plays an important role in reducing peak load, relieving network congestion, saving energy, and reducing gas emissions. In ...
