A foldable electric car comprises a battery, an electric control system, a driving motor and a frame. The frame comprises a front wheel support and a back wheel support. A front wheel is arranged on the front wheel support, and two parallel back wheels are arranged on the back wheel support. The back wheel support comprises a seat carrier rod and two back wheel supporting rods. The front end of the seat carrier rod is hinged to the front wheel support, and back wheel supporting rods are arranged at the back end of the seat carrier rod. Back wheels are arranged at the tail ends of the back wheel supporting rods. The front wheel support can be downwards folded vertically to approach the back wheel supporting rods.
