Abstract

The invention discloses a novel lifting device of a vertically-lifted type stereo garage. The novel lifting device comprises a garage frame, a lifting driving speed reducing motor is arranged above the frame, the garage lifting driving speed reducing motor is connected with a driving roller for driving lifting steel cord belts through two universal couplers, one end of each lifting steel cord belt is wound around the driving roller to be connected with a lifting basket for lifting a vehicle, the other end of each lifting steel cord belt is wound around an auxiliary roller and then wound around a roller for driving and lifting a balance weight to be connected with the balance weight, and locking heads at the two ends of each lifting steel cord belt are each formed by two bent steel plates, a wedge-shaped steel plate with the width equal to the width of the belt and eight locking bolts, wherein the wedge-shaped steel plates are clamped between the steel cord belts. According to the novel lifting device, guide wheels and guide rails are arranged on the lifting baskets and the balance weights respectively; in order to prevent the steel cord belts from sliding on the rollers, an external linear encoding ruler serves as a position detection unit, and a full-closed loop is adopted for a control part. The lifting steel cord belts of the novel lifting device have the advantages of being simple in structure, free of maintenance, free of noise during running, long in service life and the like.
