Abstract

The invention provides a liquor selenium-enriching quality-improving method. The method includes following steps: mixing and uniformly stirring 45% by mass of a selenium-rich functional material, 20% by mass of a bionic alcoholized functional material, 20% by mass of an energy activation functional material and 15% by mass of a magnetizing functional material; cleaning the mixture by boiled water and naturally drying the mixture; adding the mixture into a quality-improving apparatus filled with liquor with a mass ratio of the mixture being 35-50%; and placing the quality-improving apparatus for 3-5 days. During a quality-improving fermentation process of the liquor, inorganic selenium is converted into organic selenium through biological change of fermentation bacteria in alcohol so that the liquor is rich in selenium and biological toxin of the alcohol can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, molecular groups in the liquor is activated and associated, is mineralized, is oxidized, is alcoholized and is magnetized for increasing the content of ethyl hexanoate in the liquor. Aging of the liquor is effectively accelerated and the quality of the liquor is improved. A natural technical storage time of the liquor is reduced. The liquor has a health-caring function.
