According to the device, the magnetic core design is adopted for both the excitation device and the receiving device, so that the coupling efficiency of the excitation device and the receiving device is improved, the wireless charging and wireless power supply efficiency are further greatly improved, and the whole device is smaller in size; a circuit of a wirelessly-powered or wirelessly-charged electronic device can be totally or partially placed in the square hollow magnetic core, so that the interference of an electromagnetic field emitted by the excitation device or other electromagnetic fields is avoided.
