Embodiment 90

[0047] The present embodiment takes 90# gasoline and 93# gasoline as an example:

[0048] (1) Prepare a series of mixed oil sample numbers in different proportions as shown in the table below:

[0050]

[0051] (2) The time-domain waveforms of 11 samples were obtained by using a terahertz time-domain spectrometer. Such as figure 1shown.

[0052] (3) Extract the characteristic parameters of the time-domain waveform of each sample, that is, the time delay and amplitude attenuation corresponding to the first trough, and the time delay and amplitude attenuation corresponding to the first peak.

[0053] (4) Obtain the regression curves of the four parameters and the volume fraction respectively.

[0054] (5) Using the regression curve obtained by four different parameters, four groups of volume fraction estimates can be obtained.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of terahertz quantitative spectrochemical analysis of liquid mixtures, and concretely relates to a terahertz time-domain-waveform multiparameter-combined quantitative analysis method for mixed oil, and the method is used to quantitative analysis on mixtures of oil products with similar compositions. The method avoids absorption coefficient spectrum for quantitative analysis, thereby eliminating system error caused by utilization of theoretical Beer-Lambert Law; introduction of multiparameter substantially improves the reliability of a quantitative result; and determination of a multiparameter weight enables the quantitative analysis value to be relatively close to an actual value. The method enables the terahertz technology to be capable of performing accurate quantitative analysis on the mixed oil composed of oil products with similar compositions. The method avoids usage of the absorption coefficient spectrum with relatively large system error for quantitative analysis, thereby reducing the quantitative error from original 24% or less to 6.07% or less.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of terahertz spectral quantitative analysis of liquid mixtures, in particular to a quantitative analysis method for terahertz time-domain waveform multi-parameter combination of mixed oil, which is used for quantitative analysis of mixtures whose composition is close to that of oil products. Background technique [0002] my country's refined oil generally adopts pipeline sequential transportation, and sequential transportation will inevitably produce mixed oil at the contact surface of two different types of oil products. If the oil-mixed section cannot be accurately detected and the oil-mixed section is accurately cut, a large amount of oil will be wasted; if unqualified oil enters a certain oil storage tank, it will pollute the entire storage tank, cause serious economic losses. Safe, accurate and efficient quantitative identification of mixed oil has very important economic and strategic significance for...
