Abstract

The invention discloses a method for accurately positioning a Bregma point in rat brain stereotaxic surgery and application of pasteurization liquid in displaying of the Bregma point. The method comprises the steps of anesthetizing a rat; fixing the head of the rat; disinfecting the head of the rate; cutting off clothing hair; cutting skin of the top part of the head along a central sagittal line through a surgical knife; pulling soft tissue to two sides to expose the sutura position; wiping the sagittal line and the crown line of the head of the rat through a cotton swab with hydrogen peroxide to display a relatively wide crossed strip area; flushing the area with normal saline and wiping; wiping the crossed area with the cotton swab with the pasteurization liquid until the Bregma point is clearly exposed; then flushing with normal saline and wiping again; determining the value of the original point O of a three-dimensional coordinate system of the skull through a brain stereotaxic apparatus.
