Abstract

The invention discloses a selenium-rich seed-soaking and pregermination method for hybrid rice. The method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, thinly spreading hybrid rice seeds on a drying pad or cement ground, drying for 1-2 days, frequently stirring so as to enable the drying degrees of the seeds to be consistent; (2) packing the dried seeds into a nylon mesh bag in which the weight of the seeds does not exceed 10kg, and soaking the seeds in a selenium-rich water solution, blasting fresh air into the selenium-rich water solution by virtue of a blast blower when soaking the seeds, soaking the seeds for 10-12 hours in the day, fishing out from water and putting the seeds at home, draining, ventilating and helping the seed carry out aerobic respiration; (3) soaking the seeds in the next day for 5-7 hours, putting the soaked seeds into warm water at 38-42 DEG C, soaking the seeds for 10 minutes, taking out, draining, and carrying out insulating pregermination, and inspecting once every four hours; (4) successfully pregermination after 2-3 days; and (5) after pregermination of sprouts, thinly spreading the seeds on the ground in a room, refining the sprouts, sowing in the sun, wherein the total selenium amount of the rice sprouts is 18.4-180 microg / plant in transplantion.
