The semicircular annular thin layer connecting structures among the sub-rings can be cut quickly and conveniently. Only one ends of the separated sub-rings which are connected in an overlapping mode need to be connected, and when plugging is performed, the close connection among the sub-rings can be achieved due to the existence of the connecting portions.
