Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) A complete airspace utilization evaluation index system has not been established, and the airspace utilization evaluation is only carried out for certain aspects such as capacity and time;
[0006] (2) Existing studies are all aimed at the macroscopic and overall airspace utilization evaluation, and the evaluation of the utilization rate of a specific airspace unit is still blank, which is of little significance for the guidance of front-line operations
[0007] (3) The current evaluation method is almost a single quantitative or qualitative evaluation, and the existing information is not fully used, and there is a lack of information in the evaluation results

Embodiment Construction

[0060] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the technical scheme of invention is described in detail:

[0061] Utilization evaluation is carried out for an airport terminal area, which has only one runway and two approach sectors, according to figure 1 The flow chart shown uses the multi-level state classification method to evaluate the utilization rate of the airport terminal area, including the following steps:

[0062] The first step is to establish an evaluation index system for the utilization rate of the airport terminal area. The hierarchical structure is as follows: figure 2 shown. Reflect the usage status of the terminal area from the three dimensions of space, time and capacity.

[0063] (1) Construct the index U 1 : Arrival and departure route (route) area in the terminal area / total area of the terminal area PT area ;

[0064] (2) Construct the index U 2 : Volume of arrival and departure routes (airlines) in the terminal area / total volume of the ...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for evaluating an airport terminal area usage rate based on multiple hierarchy state classifying. The method includes the following steps: (1) establishing an airport terminal area usage rate evaluating index system from three different dimensions of space, time and capacity; (2) preprocessing the indexes to achieve nondimensionalization and uniformization of the indexes; and (3) selecting a method combining an analytic hierarchy process and a state classifying evaluating process to evaluate usage conditions of the airport terminal area, first using the analytic hierarchy process to determine weight of influence of each index, and then using the state classifying evaluating process to determine the usage degree of the airport terminal area. The method of the present invention constitutes a multiple hierarchy airport terminal area usage rate evaluating index system, which completely reflects the usage rate of the airport terminal area from the comprehensive dimensions of space, time and capacity, achieves an effective combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and has an important role of guiding in promoting the sufficient and reasonable usage of airspace and increasing the manage level of the airspace.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for evaluating the utilization rate of an airport terminal area, in particular to a method for evaluating the utilization rate of an airport terminal area based on multi-level state classification. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's air transport industry, the demand for flight is increasing day by day, and the contradiction between demand and supply in the terminal area is becoming more and more prominent. In particular, the airport terminal area is the starting point and end point of the air traffic network, which undertakes busy transportation tasks, and the demand for resources in the terminal area is even stronger. . How to evaluate the utilization degree of the airport terminal area, make full use of the existing terminal area, and improve the utilization rate of the limited resources in the terminal area is a hot and difficult issue in current research. The existing evaluati...
