oil spill accident emergency resource allocation method based on multi-objective fuzzy
programming. The method includes the steps that 1, uncertain sailing duration and resource demand quantity are represented as the triangle
fuzzy number, determination representation is conducted on fuzzy emergency starting time through the complete integral of a time membership
degree function, demand quantity membership degree is used to represent the demand satisfaction degree of the resource amount received by
oil spill points, and thus the timeliness and the demand satisfaction degree objective function of the emergency
system are set; 2, the maximum of the total sailing
safety index of rescue ships serves as the safety objective, and the minimum of the sum of the rescue ships serves as economy sub objectives; 3,
nondimensionalization is conducted on all the sub objectives, and a multi-objective planning model is built with the timeliness of the
system, the demand satisfaction degree, safety and economy as the optimal objective through a liner weighting method. By means of the marine ship
oil spill accident emergency resource allocation method based on multi-objective fuzzy
programming, the nondeterminacy of the sailing duration of the rescue ships and the resource demand quantity of the oil spill points can be processed effectively.
