Problems solved by technology

However, due to the unique growth characteristics of microalgae, the industrialization degree of its large-scale production is still very low. So far, only the design and application of the open culture system have been relatively successful, which has been enlarged to 180,000 m in Taiwan, China. 2 (production of chlorella) and 200,000 m2 of Mexico City for the production of spirulina 2 , up to 50 hectares for Western Australia Biotech

Embodiment

[0023] (1) According to the nutritional requirements of Pacific oyster seedlings (eye-spot larvae stage), Chaetoceros mouvii, Coccolithophora, Isoflagellates, Haematococcus pluvialis, Chlorella pyrenoidosa and subcardioid planus were selected. Algae are species of microalgae.

[0024] (2) Using a photobioreactor (ZL201220434882.9) to cultivate the microalgae selected in step (1) to obtain a microalgae liquid. Among them, the culture temperature of Chaetoceros mouchii, Coccolithophora, Isoflagellates, Haematococcus pluvialis and P. 4 cells / mL, and the culture media were f / 2, NMB3, f / 2, BBM and Comvitamin; 4 cells / mL, and the medium was BG11 medium. After being cultured in a photobioreactor, the density of 1.0×10 9 (Chaetoceros moowii), 2.7×10 10 (coccolithophores), 1.5×10 10 (Isochrysis globosa), 6.8×10 9 (Haematococcus Pluvialls), 5.0×10 10 (Chlorella pyrenoidosa), 9.2×10 9 (Subcordiform Algae) cells / mL of microalgae liquid.

Abstract

The invention discloses microalgae composite living bait for shellfish breeding and a production method of microalgae composite living bait. The microalgae composite living bait is prepared by cultivating the following microalgae species to obtain a mixed microalgae solution according to the proportion of cell numbers: 15-20% of chaetoceros muelleri, 20-25% of coccolithophores, 5-10% of isochrysis galbana, 15-20% of haematococcus pluvialis, 25-30% of chlorella pyrenoidosa and 10-15% of platymanas subcordiformis, wherein the total density is (1*105) to (5*105) cells/mL. The production method comprises the following steps: (1) utilizing photobioreactors to cultivate the microalgae species respectively, thereby obtaining the microalgae solution of which the cultivation density is (1*109) to (5*1010) cells/mL; (2) preparing the microalgae solution into the microalgae composite living bait according to the proportion of cell numbers, wherein the total density of the microalgae composite living bait is (1*105) to (5*105) cells/mL. The microalgae composite living bait is prepared from various microalgae cells, so that a nutrition balance effect is realized, the survival rate of juveniles shellfish can be effectively improved, and the morbidity of the juveniles shellfish can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microalgae biotechnology, and in particular relates to a microalgae composite live bait for raising shellfish seedlings and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] The aquaculture of economic shellfish such as oysters, mussels, clams and scallops accounts for an increasing share of world fisheries production and has become one of the pillars of the marine living resource industry. As the best bait for shellfish seedlings, microalgae is the only suitable food source for shellfish seedlings. [0003] In recent years, with the rapid development of the industrialization process of the aquaculture industry in various countries, the production technology of microalgae bait has developed rapidly, and the application and development of microalgae in aquaculture feed have developed rapidly. The proportion of microalgae bait in aquaculture feed Also getting bigger and bigger. In the production process of...
